3. Structural principle
Basketball stand adopts hand hydraulic system.
The main body of the basketball stand is lifted by hand Through the control system of a micro-computer or a remote controller, the oil cylinder generates a telescopic motion, which makes the vertical arm of the basketball stand rise and fall and the wheel of the box rise and fall.
The front end of the box body is two universal wheels and the rear end is two directional wheels.
The backboard is made of high strength safety glass 1800 *1050*12 mm.

The ring is made by φ20 solid circular steel, and the ring performance is good. When the static load is not reached to 105kg at the top of the ring, the ring does not turn. When the static load is ≥ 105kg, the ring turns downward and the angle is not more than 30°. It can effectively solve the problem of the stability of the basket and the safety of the dunk when the basket is shot.
6. Protective measures
The rear of the basketball rack is equipped with a special counterweight of 540kgs, which ensures that the basketball rack does not overturn when static load of 3200N is applied to the base of the basket.
All fasteners are treated with Dacromet plating process to ensure that they are not rusty all the year round.。
8. Surface treatment
After degreasing and physical rust removal (shot blasting), the surface of all steel parts is sprayed with electrostatic epoxy-based powder on the spraying line to finish the final surface treatment. The coating thickness is 90-110 um and the pencil hardness is up to 3H+.
